"Great quality, speedy shipping & real people to talk to"
The products showed up right on schedule and were top-notch. I got a call from customer support about an item that was unavailable and they suggested a replacement. The alternative was just as good, if not better, and came at no additional charge. These folks really prioritize customer satisfaction and making sure things are done properly. I’ll definitely shop with them again!

"Great Service and Fair Prices"
The service here is top-notch, and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other Indian shops. I’d suggest they offer smaller packets too, especially for folks who don’t wanna grab lentils in those big 2kg bags. All in all, I’m pleased with the service and will keep getting my Indian grocery supplies from Agni.

I’m truly thrilled with the service I got from Agni Foods. The food is super fresh, delivery is next day, and the prices are quite fair. The way they pack the food is really professional, and their after-sales support is top-notch. They let you know right away if they can’t send what you ordered, and if they can offer a substitute, they do it quickly. "My experience with a $33.10 order..."
I made a purchase for 33.10, but then they took my cash and two days later informed me that they don’t ship outside the mainland. They took my money, and I’m still waiting for a refund. If I don’t get it by tomorrow, I’m definitely gonna file a complaint, no joke.

"Awesome selection and solid prices"
Prices are great, the variety is top-notch, and delivery was speedy. I would’ve given it a full 5 stars, but the delivery notifications mentioned Incendio (which I’ve never heard of), instead of Agni, so I was a bit unsure.

"Terrible customer service"
My order #AFO000002597 was abruptly closed without any explanation, and I didn’t get any email notification. A lot of the items are often unavailable and hardly ever come back in stock. I really don’t trust them anymore; it’s been a dreadful experience.

Fast shipping! They kept me in the loop about a product that wasn’t available and even gave me a refund for the methi leaves that got damaged during delivery. Didn’t see that refund coming. Overall, really great service!

"Great Prices Compared to Other Indian Grocery Stores"
The prices here are super competitive when you stack them up against other Indian grocery stores. I placed an order online, and the packaging was solid, plus all the items were of good quality. Everything showed up right on schedule... I’m definitely gonna use them again down the line.

"Awesome service"
Definitely recommend this place for Asian cuisine, especially Indian products. I made a purchase mainly for Ghee, but I couldn't place multiple orders, so I ended up getting two different brands. Fingers crossed they’ll let us order more than one Ghee in the future. The packing and delivery were top-notch!!
